Premium Pack 3
General Information
Premium Pack 3 was released on August 10, 2000. It marked the first time that a Japanese promotional set contained both Super Rare and Parallel Rare foil versions of all cards in the set, and it also was the first Premium Pack to have printed set numbers and the distinctive holographic "Eye of Anubis" in the lower right-hand corner of each card.
Each pack contained five cards, with Parallel Rares randomly inserted in every two to four packs. Although there are only ten unique cards in the set to collect, many collectors consider Super Rare and Parallel Rare versions as different cards, giving twice that number.
Of the cards in Premium Pack 3, all but three ("Dark Magic Ritual", "Magician of Black Chaos", and "Meteor B. Dragon") have since been released in the English Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG.
