In Seto Kaiba vs. Noah Kaiba, Seto had Slate Warrior (Wind) and Vampire Lord (Dark) on the field. Noah activated Earthshaker and Seto chose Dark, thus destroying Vampire Lord. He did this because even though it has more ATK than Slate Warrior, it would be Special Summoned to the field during his next Standby Phase and Slate Warrior was still strong enough to destroy Noah's monster.
