Normal Monster Cards just possess basic ATK and DEF points, with no effects. Such Card Examples are Mystical Elf, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Right Leg of the Forbidden One. Normal monsters often have Spell Cards and Effect Monster Cards based on them like Skull Servant but notable Normal Monster Cards that made characters in the TV show will have lots of support cards. Such examples are Dark Magician, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Red-Eyes B. Dragon, and many more.
As a general rule of thumb, Normal Monster Cards often have combo's associated with them, such as Mokey Mokey's Mokey Mokey Smackdown combo.
