• In episode 89, Yusei Fudo used this card in his Turbo Duel against Lawton. After Lawton summoned "Gatling Ogre", he was prepared to use its effect for an FTK, but Yusei immediately sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard to activate its effect, negating the effects of "Gatling Ogre" for this turn.

• In episode 91, this card was in Yusei's hand during his Ground Duel with Kalin Kessler against Lawton. He was going to use this card's effect to negate the effects of "Gatling Ogre" on Lawton's next turn, but Lawton activated "Pinpoint Shot" and declared this card's name. Since this card was in Yusei's hand, "Pinpoint Shot" destroys this card and sends it to the Graveyard.
  • This card also appears in a flashback Yusei has when he remembers using this card in his Turbo Duel against Lawton to negate the effects of "Gatling Ogre" and save himself from an FTK.

• In episode 110, during Yusei's Turbo Duel against Primo, this card was one of the top five cards that Yusei found when he activated the second effect of "Shooting Star Dragon".

• In episode 134, during Yusei's Turbo Duel against Jakob, this card was one of the top five cards that Yusei found when he activated the second effect of "Shooting Star Dragon". This card was also one of the five Tuner monsters that Yusei found on the top of his Deck.

Scripted Duels

• In the non-canon duel YCS Providence 2012 Special: Yusei vs. Akiza, Yusei Normal Summons this card after drawing it and is used for the Activation Requirement for "Boost Warrior's" effect. The same turn, "Effect Veiler" is used as Synchro Material with "Boost Warrior" for "Formula Synchron".
