Point-to-Point Transfer

Point-to-Point Transfer- This is a unique special ability that only the Winged Dragon of Ra can use. Based upon anime use it's effects are this: -Transfer all but 1 lifepoint to Ra to give that amount of attack strengh -If the owner is "separated" from Ra they regain the points they gave up.
