Card Tips:Inferno Fire Blast
- Use "Red-Eyes B. Chick" or "Ancient Rules" to Special Summon "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" on your first turn. That way, you can inflict heavy damage to your opponent.
- But be wary of "Gorz the Emissary of Darkness", use cards like "D.D. Designator" first, although it can have a drawback.
- Play this card, then Tribute your "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" to Special Summon "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" so you can attack with a 2700+ powerhouse after inflicting the damage.
- You can also banish "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" for "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon", or use the monster for the Fusion Summon of either "Meteor B. Dragon" or "B. Skull Dragon", so that you can attack.
- "Swing of Memories" is optimal for both strategies, because removing "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" from the field would void the effect of "Swing of Memories", which would otherwise destroy your monster at the end of the turn.
- You can deal way more than 2400 points of damage with this card if you combine it with "Magical Stone Excavation" and "Spell Reclamation".
- You can actually OTK your opponent by Summoning "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" and playing 3 copies of "Inferno Fire Blast" + 1 "Dragon's Gunfire" or "Ookazi" or "Dark Room of Nightmare".
- Even if you burn your hand in getting out the "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" you can chain "Serial Spell" and send the 1 or 2 remaining cards in your hand to deal out 4800 in one turn.
- If your opponent has 1700 LP or less, use "Elemental HERO Prisma" to reveal "B. Skull Dragon", sending "Red-Eyes" to copy its name. Then you can use "Inferno Fire Blast" for 1700 Direct Damage, thus winning the duel.
- You can use this card to get around an effect that would make your "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" unable to attack (i.e. "Gravity Bind", "Tribute Doll", "Spirit Reaper", etc.).
- Or a card that lowers your monster's ATK.
- Use this card with a monster that was Summoned with "Red-Eyes Fusion", as that card will treat that monster as the original "Red-Eyes B. Dragon". Any of the applicable targets, "B. Skull Dragon", "Meteor B. Dragon", "Archfiend Black Skull Dragon" and "Blazing Meteor Black Dragon", have more ATK than the original "Red-Eyes", allowing you to inflict more damage.
- If you have three copies of this card in your hand after Fusion Summoning with "Red-Eyes Fusion", use them to deal effect damage, that can range from 9600 (If you Summoned "B. Skull Dragon" or "Archfiend Black Skull Dragon") to 10500 (If you Summoned "Meteor B. Dragon"). This leads to an OTK most of the time.
- If you summon "Blazing Meteor Black Dragon" an OTK (or even an FTK) can be achieved after using its effect and sending any level 7 or higher Red-Eyes monster (since the ones with lower level don't have enough ATK for the OTK) and then using two copies of this card.
- Make sure you Trap Stun "Energy-Absorbing Monolith" or "Rainbow Life" if you plan using this card
