Her attack in the Japanese anime is known as Queen's Saber Clash or Queen's Saber Crash.

In episode 129, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Seto Kaiba. He summons this card on the first turn of the Duel. Later Kaiba activates "Cross Sacrifice" to take control of this card and "Alpha The Magnet Warrior", so that he could tribute them and his "X-Head Cannon" to summon "Obelisk the Tormentor", but Yugi activates "Change of Heart" to take control of "X-Head Cannon" until the End Phase. Kaiba then activates "Enemy Controller" to pay 1000 Life Points and take control of "X-Head Cannon". He then tries to tribute this card, "Alpha", and "X-Head Cannon" to summon "Obelisk", but Yugi activates "Lightforce Sword" to banish "Obelisk" from Kaiba's hand for three turns. This card and "Alpha" return to Yugi's side of the field on the End Phase. In the next episode, Yami Yugi activates "Soul Rope" to Special Summon "King's Knight" from his deck. Since this card was on the field, Yugi activates "King's Knight's" effect to Special Summon "Jack's Knight". Yugi then Tributes his three Knights to Summon "Slifer the Sky Dragon.

In episode 138, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Yami Marik. He summons this card on the second turn of the Duel. This card then attacks and destroys Marik's "Vampiric Leech". "Juragedo" then attacks and destroys this card. Later Yugi activates "Monster Reborn" (which he took from Marik via "Exchange"'s effect) to revive this card. He then Summons "King's Knight" and uses its effect to Special Summon "Jack's Knight". On Yugi's next turn, he Tributes his three Knights to Summon "Slifer the Sky Dragon". Four episodes later, Yugi banishes this card in order to activate "Ragnarok". This card was shown as one of the many monsters that were used to hold down Yami Marik's "The Winged Dragon of Ra".

In episode 143, this card is seen when Yugi and Yami Yugi are shown rebuilding their Deck.

In episode 146, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Gurimo. He summons this card in Attack Mode. Later a "Bronze Knight Token" (whose ATK was 1800 due to it being affected by "The Seal of Orichalcos" and "The A. Forces") attacks this card, but Yugi activates "Magical Academy" to Tribute this card and summon "Dark Magician Girl", causing a replay.

In episode 162, during Yami Yugi's Duel against Weevil Underwood, this card is the first card Yami Yugi draws through the effect of "Berserker Soul". Yugi then sends this card to the Graveyard to allow "Breaker" to attack Weevil directly again.

In episode 163, Yugi Muto uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. This card then gains 500 ATK due to "The Seal of Orichalcos". This card then attacks and destroys "Berfomet". Later Yugi activates "Catapult Turtle's" effect to Tribute this card and inflict half of its total ATK as damage to Yami Yugi.

In episode 174, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Rafael. He summons this card in Defense Mode. Rafael's "Guardian Grarl" (equipped with "Gravity Axe - Grarl") then attacks and destroys this card. Yami Yugi then activates "Monster Reborn" to revive this card. He then summons "King's Knight" and uses the latter's effect to summon "Jack's Knight". Yami Yugi then activates "Brave Attack" to add up the ATK of all three "Knights" and use them to attack and destroy "Guardian Grarl", but Rafael activates "Guardian Force" to negate the effect of "Brave Attack" and destroy it. Later Rafael's Guardian Elma (who was equipped with "Butterfly Dagger - Elma") attacks and destroys this card. "Guardian Grarl" then attacks and destroys "King's Knight". Two episodes later, Yami Yugi uses the effect of "Underworld Circle" to revive this card. After Yami Yugi uses "Spider Web" to add "Monster Reborn" to his hand and activate "Monster Reborn" to revive "Guardian Eatos", Yami Yugi activates "The Claw of Hermos" to merge the latter with this card in order to create "Goddess Bow".

In episode 196, this card is shown in Yugi's hand during his duel against Leon von Schroeder. In the next episode, Yugi summons this card in Attack Mode. Yugi then uses this card to attack and destroy "Forest Hunter". Leon then activates "Spinning Wheel Spindle" to destroy this card. In the next episode, this card returns to Yugi's side of the field three turns later as part of "Spinning Wheel Spindle's" effect. Yugi then summons "King's Knight" and uses the latter's effect to Special Summon "Jack's Knight". Yugi then activates "Royal Straight" to Tribute his three knights and Special Summon "Royal Straight Slasher".

In episode 221, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Yugi Muto. He Special Summons this card, "King's Knight" and "Slifer the Sky Dragon" via the effect of "Summoning Clock". Yami Yugi then uses the effect of "King's Knight" to Special Summon "Jack's Knight". Yugi then activates "Ambush Shield" to Tribute "Red Gadget" and increase the ATK of "Silent Swordsman LV0" by the DEF of "Red Gadget" until the End Phase. "King's Knight" then attacks and destroys "Yellow Gadget". This card then attacks and destroys "Green Gadget". Yami Yugi then Tributes his three knights to summon The Winged Dragon of Ra.

In episode 23, this card and "King's Knight" are shown being used by an opponent that Belowski faced in a flashback. This was cut from the English dub.

In episode 142, the spirit of this card appears alongside those of "King's Knight" and "Jack's Knight" in support of Zane Truesdale's and Aster Phoenix's reinforcements to the last free village.

In episode 44, Roku uses this card against Yuma Tsukumo. Yuma attacks this set monster with "Gagaga Girl", although "Gagaga Girl" is destroyed by Roku's "Mirror Force". The next turn, Roku Flip Summons "Queen's Knight" and it is used for the Activation Requirement for "King's Knight's" effect. The same turn, "Queen's Knight" is used as Fusion Material with "Jack's Knight" and "King's Knight" for "Arcana Knight Joker".

Yugi uses this card in his duel against Kaiba. "Queen's Knight" attacks and destroys Kaiba's "Familiar Knight". This activates "Familiar Knight"'s effect, allowing both players to summon a Level 4 monster from their hand. Kaiba chooses to summon "Rare Metal Dragon" while Yugi chooses "King's Knight". Since this card was on the field, Yugi was able to use "King's Knight"'s effect to summon "Jack's Knight". Later Yugi tributes his three Knights to summon out "Slifer the Sky Dragon".
