OCG Rulings
- This card's Pendulum Effect starts a Chain. (It can only be activated during your Main Phase.)[1]
- This effect targets 1 face-up monster in your opponent's Monster Zone.[1]
- The original ATK halved by this effect is treated as the monster's new original ATK.[1]
- The text that allows you to Pendulum Summon this card if you can Pendulum Summon Level 7 is not an effect.[1]
- This card can be Pendulum Summoned only if it was added face-up to the Extra Deck after it was initially Xyz Summoned.[1]
- This card's effect that halves the ATK of an opponent's monster and increases this card's ATK by the lost amount is a Quick Effect. (It targets 1 face-up monster in your opponent's Monster Zone. Detaching 1 material from this card is the cost to activate this effect.)[1]
- When activating this effect during the Damage Step, it must be either at the start of the Damage Step or before damage calculation.[1]
