OCG Rulings
- The effect that makes monsters you control gain 100 ATK/DEF for each "Dragonmaid" monster you control does not start a Chain Link.[1]
- The effect that adds 1 "Dragonmaid" card from your Graveyard to your hand starts a Chain Link. (It targets 1 "Dragonmaid" card in your Graveyard , except "Dragonmaid Welcome".)[1]
- The effect that prevents the opponent from targeting "Dragonmaid" monsters you control with card effects activates in the Graveyard and starts a Chain Link. (It does not target. It can be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
