セキュリティとは思（おも）えないほど慇懃（いんぎん）な物腰（ものごし）だが飄々（ひょうひょう）としており、何（なに）を考（かんが）えているのかわからない。
天然（てんねん）とも計算（けいさん）とも、大胆（だいたん）とも無謀（むぼう）ともつかない言動（げんどう）で悪（あく）を追（お）いつめ、手柄（てがら）をたてている。

だが組織（そしき）向（む）きの性格（せいかく）でないのと、本人（ほんにん）が出世（しゅっせ）に興味（きょうみ）がないのか功績（こうせき）のわりにヒラ止（ど）まりである。

A Security officer stationed in the City.

A person with a polite and easygoing demeanor, unlike what one would expect from a Security officer, and it is hard to get a good read on what he is thinking about. Has established himself as someone who relentlessly pursues evildoers with words and actions that are coldly calculated, rather than reckless, and has many achievements to his name.

Despite that, his personality makes him a poor fit in the organization, and despite his good track record, he seems uninterested in advancing his career, remaining in the rank and file.
