Card Tips:Vortex Trooper

- This card can be searched via "Sangan", "Last Will", "Witch of the Black Forest", and Flying Kamakiri 1.
- This card is useful in Exodia and OTK decks, even in OTK decks that need to remove from play, such as the "Dark Magician of Chaos" - "Mass Driver" - "Dimension Distortion" combo because "Vortex Trooper" does not have to be sent to the Graveyard to resolve its effect.
- Combine two of these cards with "Kuraz the Light Monarch" to draw a total of 4 cards (1 from each Vortex Trooper, and 1 for each Trooper Destroyed by Kuraz)
- This card works well in a "Macro Cosmos deck", because if you draw into too many copies of "Macro Cosmos" and "Dimensional Fissure" then you won't be holding dead cards.
- This card works well with "Light of Intervention", because you can place it in defense right away, but still get it's effect.
- After you Normal Summoned this card and used its effect,you can swap control of it to the opponent(ex.:Creature Swap or Shien's Spy),then attack it with another monster.This way,you will be able to not only damage the opponent,but also draw a card after Vortex Trooper is destroyed.
- This card is good in decks that are susceptible to dead draws like a Destiny Board Deck
