OCG Rulings
- If you have no copy of "Polymerization" in your Deck, you cannot the effect of "King of the Swamp", and you cannot activate "Fusion Sage".[1]
Mentions in Other Rulings
- When "Thunder King Rai-Oh" is face-up on the field, you cannot activate "Terraforming", "Reinforcement of the Army", etc.[2]
