- Seto Kaiba uses this card to create a Clone Token of Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts when dueling against Yugi Muto in the Battle City finals. He plays Cost Down, sacrificing the token to summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
- Kaiba later plays it in his first duel with Alister, while the latter was still disguised as Maximillion Pegasus. He clones Toon Masked Sorcerer, then sacrifices it and his Spear Dragon to summon Blue-Eyes.
