In episode 176, Jesse Anderson uses this card during his Triangle Duel against Yusuke Fujiwara and Jaden Yuki. When Yusuke's "Clear Vice Dragon" (whose ATK was 4200 due to its second effect) attacks Jaden's "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman", Jesse activates this card to send "Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger" from his Deck to the Graveyard and halve the ATK of "Flame Wingman". This causes the ATK of "Clear Vice Dragon" to become 2100 instead of 4200. "Clear Vice Dragon" then destroys "Flame Wingman". On Yusuke's End Phase, Jaden draws one card ("Honest") as per this card's second effect.
