• This card serves as Mai Valentine's variation for her signature Harpie Lady.

• This card was called Cyber Harpie in the anime.

Battle City

• When Mai duels Jean Claude Magnum, Mai plays this card and attacks Ninja Master Shogun but Magnum activates Ninja Smoke Ball to negate the attack. On her next turn, Mai activates Elegant Egotist to special summon Harpie Lady 2 and Harpie Lady 3 as well then has this card destroy Ninja Commander Ikusa, Harpie Lady 2 destroy Ninja Commando Kabuki and Harpie Lady 3 destroy Kunoichi Ayame the Ninja Girl. On the next turn, all three Harpie Ladies attack Magnum directly, winning her the duel as Great Kite of Ninja's effect made Ninja Master Shogun incapable of defending Magnum's Life Points while it was the only monster on his side of the field.

• When Mai duels Yami Marik, Mai special summons this card via Dramatic Rescue after returning Amazoness Fighter to her hand. On the next turn, she activates Elegant Egotist to special summon Harpie Lady 2 and Harpie Lady 3 as well then tributes the three Harpie Ladies to summon The Winged Dragon of Ra which Mai took from Marik earlier as per Amazon Chain Master's effect.

Virtual World

• When Yami Yugi and Joey Wheeler duel The Big Five (using Tristan Taylor's body), Joey includes this card in his Deck as a homage to Mai. On his second turn, Joey summons this card then powers it up using Kunai with Chain's effect and (after using Harpie's Feather Duster to get rid of the Big Five's A Legendary Ocean) and destroys Crump's The Legendary Fisherman. Later, its destroyed along with Joey's Alligator's Sword and Yugi's Kuriboh and Mystical Elf by Johnson's Deck Master's ability.

Waking the Dragons

• When Mai duels an opponent, this card is the opponent's Tri-Horned Dragon's target for attack but Mai activates Mirror Wall to halve Tri-Horned Dragon's 2700 ATK so the man activates Rush Recklessly to raise its ATK to 2125 then Mai activates Fairy's Hand Mirror to transfer Rush Recklessly's effect to raise this card's ATK to 2500 and destroy Tri-Horned Dragon, winning her the duel.

• When Joey duels Mai, Mai plays two copies of this card and equips her second copy with Aero Nail to destroy Joey's Blue Flame Swordsman but the latter's effect allows Joey to special summon Flame Swordsman then tributes the latter to summon Cyber-Tech Alligator to destroy the copy that's equipped with Aero Nail but the latter's effect allows Mai equip it to her first copy. After Mai activates The Seal of Orichalcos, she plays her third copy then replicates it via Nightmare Tri-Mirror to summon four tokens similiar to the amount of Joey's Scapegoat's four tokens. Mai has her first copy attack Joey's Swordsman of Landstar but Joey activates Double Magical Arm Bind by tributing Scapegoat's two tokens to take control of two of Mai's tokens then tributes them and Swordsman of Landstar to summon Gilford the Lightning whose effect destroys both copies and the other two tokens but Mai plays Monster Reborn to revive a copy and replicates it via Elegant Egotist to special summon Harpie Lady 2 and Harpie Lady 3 as well then activates Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation to destroy Gilford the Lightning. After Harpie Lady 2 is destroyed by Joey's Blue Flame Swordsman equipped with Red-Eyes Black Dragon Sword, Mai returns Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation to her hand via Spell Reproduction then plays Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation to destroy Joey's Blue Flame Swordsman but the latter's effect transfers its attack points to this card so that no damage is taken from Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation's effect. After Harpie Lady 3 destroys Joey's Flame Swordsman, this card (which is also the same one with Blue Flame Swordsman's attack points) is about to attack Joey directly but is unable to as Mai breaks free from Dartz's influence yet still won the duel as Joey didn't have the energy left to continue the duel anymore.

• After Dartz's defeat, Mai leaves this card behind as a keepsake for Valon.

• Mai uses this in Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubadour and Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008.
