In episode 18, Dimitri uses this card against Jaden Yuki while the former was using Yugi Muto's Deck. Dimitri activates this card during the Battle Phase to Tribute "Dark Magician" and Special Summon "Dark Magician of Chaos" from the Main Deck.

In the non-canon duel North American WCQ 2014 Special: Astral vs. Yugi, Yugi activates this card, Tributing "Dark Magician" to Special Summon "Dark Magician of Chaos" from the deck.
