In episode 58, this card is shown in Carly Carmine's hand during her Turbo Duel against Jack Atlas. In the next episode, Carly Special Summons this card and "Fortune Lady Wind" from her hand via the effect of "Inherited Fortune". The effect of this card then activates, allowing Carly to draw two cards since she controls two "Fortune Lady" monsters (one card for every "Fortune Lady" monster Carly controlled when this card was summoned). On Carly's next turn, she Tributes this card and "Fortune Lady Wind" in order to Tribute Summon "Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu".
