* This card was first played by [[Rex Raptor]] in his duel against [[Joey Wheeler]] in the [[Waking the Dragons]] arc. Treating this card's summon as a [[Special Summon]], Rex summoned two of them on his first turn. This allows him to Normal Summon "Kaitoptera". In the dub, Rex implied that "[[Gilasaurus]]" is automatically Summoned from his hand. One of them was later fused with "[[Kaitoptera]]" to summon "[[Horned Saurus]]". When this card attacked Joey directly, he activated "Scapegoat", causing this card to destroy one "Sheep Token" instead. Next turn this card and "Giant Rex" destroyed two Sheep Tokens while "[[Horned Saurus]]" destroyed "Rocket Warrior". Later Rex tributes this card and "[[Giant Rex]]" to summon "[[Tyrant Dragon]]".
