In episode 71, Lumis uses this card during his Tag Duel with Umbra against Yami Yugi and Seto Kaiba. He equips this card onto Yugi's "Beta The Magnet Warrior". This prevents "Beta the Magnet Warrior" from attacking and defending Yugi's Life Points. On Yugi's Standby Phase, this card inflicted 500 damage to Yugi. Yugi attempts to Tribute "Beta the Magnet Warrior" in order to summon "Archfiend of Gilfer", but Lumis activates "Mask of Restrict" to prevent Yugi and Kaiba from Tributing their monsters for a Tribute Summon. On Yugi's next Standby Phase, this card and "Mask of Dispel" inflict 1000 damage to Yugi. In the next episode, this card and "Mask of Dispel" then inflict 1000 damage to Yugi. In the following episode, this card and "Mask of Dispel" inflict 1000 damage to Yugi. After Yugi sends "Beta the Magnet Warrior", "Alpha The Magnet Warrior" and "Gamma The Magnet Warrior" to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon "Valkyrion the Magna Warrior", this card is destroyed.
