- In episode 26, Maximillion Pegasus uses this card during his Duel against Seto Kaiba. He sets this card on the first turn of the Duel. "Rude Kaiser" then attacks and destroys this card.
Waking the Dragons
- In episode 149, Alister uses this card during his Duel against Kaiba while the former was disguised as Pegasus. He Normal Summons this card in Defense Position to remind Kaiba of his duel against Pegasus. "Spear Dragon" then attacks and destroys this card. "Spear Dragon" then inflicts piercing damage to Alister.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
- This card appears in the second version of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX opening 99%.
Society of Light
- In episode 92, Pegasus uses this card during his Triangle Duel against Vellian Crowler and Jean-Louis Bonaparte. He Normal Summons this card in Defense Position on the third turn of the Duel. On Pegasus' next turn, he Tributes this card in order to Special Summon "Toon Dark Magician Girl".
Scripted Duels
- In North American WCQ 2015 Special: Pegasus vs. Marik, Pegasus Special Summons this card in Defense Position with the effect of "Toon Mask". This card is then attacked and destroyed by "The Winged Dragon of Ra", which had 4000 ATK due to the effect of "The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode".
- This is an error, as "Toon Alligator" is only part of the "Toon" archetype, and not the Toon monster ability. "Toon Mask" can only summon the latter category.
