TCG Rulings
- This effect is mandatory and will even activate during the Damage Step.[1]
OCG Rulings
- When a card is sent from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, the effect of "Light of Destruction" activates and starts a Chain Link.[2]
- The effect of "Light of Destruction" will activate if a card(s) are sent from the Deck to the Graveyard during the Damage Step - for example, if the effect of "Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter" activates during the Damage Step.[3]
