- The "●" effect that draws 2 cards then discards 1 card does not target. (Drawing 2 cards and discarding 1 card do not happen simultaneously.)[1]

Q&A Rulings
- Q: I activate the effect of "Number 60: Dugales of Forgotten Time" that Special Summons a monster from my GY in Defense Position. If my opponent chains "Fiend Comedian", and all cards in my GY are banished by its effect, what happens?
- A: In this scenario, if you have no monsters in your GY when resolving the effect of "Number 60: Dugales of Forgotten Time" that Special Summons a monster from your GY, the effect of Special Summoning is not applied. Even in that case, the part of the effect that skips your next Main Phase 1 is still applied.[2][3]
