A: "Sky Striker Ace - Shizuku" is a monster that you can only Special Summon once per turn. In this scenario, if the Link Summon of your "Sky Striker Ace - Shizuku" was negated, you cannot Link Summon another "Sky Striker Ace - Shizuku", nor Special Summon one with effects such as "Monster Reborn".[1]
