Q&A Rulings
- Q: My opponent's "Sky Striker Ace - Kagari" is equipped with my "Sky Striker Mecharmory - Hercules Base". If that opponent's "Sky Striker Ace - Kagari" attacks a monster on my field and destroys it by battle while I have 3 or more Spell Cards in my GY, will the effect of "Sky Striker Mecharmory - Hercules Base" to draw a card activate?
- A: Even if you equip your "Sky Striker Mecharmory - Hercules Base" to your opponent's monster, and a monster on your field is destroyed by battle with that equipped monster, the effect of "Sky Striker Mecharmory - Hercules Base" will activate. (In this case, the controller of "Sky Striker Mecharmory - Hercules Base" draws 1 card, not the controller of the equipped monster.)[1]
