Mausoleum of the Emperor

You cannot. "Obelisk the Tormentor" can only be Normal Summoned by a Tribute Summon with three Tributes. "Mausoleum of the Emperor" would Normal Summon it with no Tributes, which is not allowed. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 19:17, 21 August 2009 (UTC)

No, I believe you are wrong . As a family member of mine who judged Yu-GI-OH tournaments has on many occasions said 'Card Effects contradict each other'. Obelisk says he MUST be BUT Mausoleum of the Emperor states that you CAN pay life points instead for the number of tributes required. Bottomless Trap Hole targets, so it cannot be used on Obelisk. Things that don't target (like Mirror Force, Lightning Vortex, Fissure, etc.) can destroy Obelisk. --Blue (Talk) 01:04, November 22, 2009 (UTC)

If you Normal Summon "Obelisk the Tormentor", then "Bottomless Trap Hole" cannot be activated at all, because of the effect " When this card is Normal Summoned, Spells, Traps, and Effect Monster effects cannot be activated." of "Obelisk the Tormentor".

If you Special/Flip Summon "Obelisk the Tormentor", then it is as Bluedog187 said.

I'm not sure what "skygina" is, but while "Macro Cosmos" is active, "Obelisk the Tormentor" will remove itself from play during the End Phase. This is not a cost, so the effect will resolve and then "Macro Cosmos" will remove it from play.

If you Special/Flip Summon "Obelisk the Tormentor", then "Torrential Tribute" can be activated and will destroy "Obelisk the Tormentor". "Torrential Tribute" does not target, so "Obelisk the Tormentor" is not protected.
