- This can be activated after "Darklord Zerato" is destroyed from using its field clearing effect.
- This card can also be activated after Winged Kuriboh LV10 tributes itself and destroys all your opponent's monsters, inflicting massive damage to them and leaving them wide open for attack.
- You can Normal Summon a Level 8 monster by paying 2000 Life Points when Mausoleum of the Emperor is on the field. Then simply surrender that monster to your opponent's Lightning Vortex (or destroy the monster yourself) in order to activate this card.
- Use this card with Stardust Dragon, Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode and Majestic Star Dragon: negate one of your opponent's cards and then get Berserk Dragon on the field.
