"Hieratic Seal of the Heavenly Spheres":

This card can be used to either Tribute a "Hieratic" monster and trigger its effect, or a high-Level Normal Dragon monster that may be a dead draw, such as "Hieratic Seal of the Sun Dragon Overlord".

This card can be used as a riddance of target-immune monsters, such as "Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon", "Leo, the Keeper of the Sacred Tree", "Borreload Dragon", etc etc.
