Remove before you must Discard
- A good way to use this card is to combine it with Emergency Provisions. First, activate Mirage of Nightmare and set Emergency Provisions. Then, during your opponent's Standby Phase, draw cards with the effect of Mirage of Nightmare. From this point until your next Standby Phase, activate Emergency Provisions and send Mirage of Nightmare to the Graveyard. Now, you don't have to discard any cards during your Standby Phase and you gained 1000 Life Points.
- This is also possible with Mystical Space Typhoon but does not increase your Life Points.
