• By using DNA Surgery set on Psychic, you can increase any monster's attack points and level you summon.

• This especially works with Fortune Lady monsters.

• you can use By Order of the Emperor to draw a card each time you summon a psycic but note that By Order of the Emperor only negates the activation of the effect not the cost so you will still have to pay 500 lifepoints if you want to draw.
