- This card can be searched by "Dark Sage", "Ancient Gear Drill" and "Alchemic Magician".
- You can use this card in late duel with many Rank 4s on the Graveyard to summon "Number C101: Silent Honor DARK" and equip Stoic Challenge to gain a massive power up
- Use Silent Honor Dark's effect to attach one more monster to gain more attack
- Alternatively, provided you don't need to concern yourself with monster removal, you could summon "Number C69: Heraldry Crest of Horror", as it naturally has a massive amount of ATK, and DARK's advantage of being able to revive itself if destroyed is nullified by it not being properly Xyz Summoned.
- Be careful when choosing a monster to summon using this card; unlike other "Rank-Up-Magic" cards, this card doesn't treat the monster summoned by Rank-Up as being summoned by Xyz Summon, so if you summon "Silent Honor Dark" you won't be able to use its revival effect due to it not being properly Special Summoned. Other monsters with similar revival strategies share this problem.
