"Silent Strider":

This card is primarily intended to adjust the levels of monsters on the field so you can properly perform a Synchro Summon. Noisy Gnat is used in the same way.

Reduce a level 2 monster to level 1 and play "Metamorphosis to Special Summon "Thousand-Eyes Restrict".
