"Silent Strider":

This card is primarily intended to adjust the levels of monsters on the field so you can properly perform a Synchro Summon. "Noisy Gnat" is used in the same way.

This card can be searched by "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest" and "Last Will".

Reduce a level 2 monster to level 1 and play "Metamorphosis" to Special Summon "Thousand-Eyes Restrict".
