Card Tips:Sinister Serpent
- This card can be searched via "Sangan", "Last Will", "Witch of the Black Forest" and "Mother Grizzly".
- Sinister Serpent helps with any discard cost. Discard it for "Lightning Vortex", "Spiritual Energy Settle Machine", "Infernal Dragon", just anything requiring discarding cards from your hand.
- You can also use Sinister Serpent in combination with The Dark Door so that you will always have a monster to protect you, and even if your opponent has more than one monster, they won't be able to attack your LP directly.
- Foolish Burial can be used as a searcher for Sinister Serpent. It's also a convenient choice for when an opponent damages you with Vampire Lord or Vampire Lady and selects "Monsters", or when your Skreech is destroyed by battle.
- Use Sinister Serpent combined with Snipe Hunter for a free discard each turn.
- This card can be used to keep Yubel on the field long enough for you to evolve it into its second stage.
- This card works very well in a VWXYZ Deck, due to the Fusion Monsters' discard effects.
- This card works extremely well with Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier, as you are always guranteed to be able to send at least two cards your opponent has back to his hand. The serpent himself, and the card from the draw phase.
