- This card can be searched by "Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic", and other generic searchers.
- In a "Blue-Eyes" Deck, "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" can be discarded as cost, so that it can be Special Summoned by "Return of the Dragon Lords", "Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon", "Master with Eyes of Blue", etc.
- Also, it can be retrieved with "The White Stone of Ancients".
- In a "Dark World" Deck, this card can be used to set-up the Special Summon of "Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World".
- This card can add some draw power in "Gishki" Decks, by discarding "Evigishki Soul Ogre" or "Evigishki Levianima", which can be retrieved by "Gishki Aquamirror". The same purpose can be achieved in "Sylvan", "Darklord" and "Fire King" Decks, by discarding "Sylvan Hermitree", "Darklord Superbia" or "Fire King High Avatar Garunix". Those monsters can be Special Summoned by "Miracle Fertilizer", "Darklord Contact" and "Circle of the Fire Kings", respectively.
