- Like "Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness", the fact that this monster is a Sea Serpent is unusual. Whales doesn't have any snake like characteristics, and are, in fact, mammals.
- This is one of the only three non-WATER Sea Serpent-Type monsters in OCG/TCG. The others are Kaiser Sea Horse, Sky Oni-Eating Ray, and Spearfish Soldier.
- There is also another non-WATER anime-only Sea Serpent-Type monster, "Nordic Wicked Dragon Jörmungandr".
