The second portion of this card's Japanese name, "Dimensional Destruction Cannon - Super Thunder Unit" (次元破壊砲－ＳＴＵ（じげんはかいほう・スーパー・サンダー・ユニット）, Jigen Hakaihō - Sūpā Sandā Yunitto) references the originally Japanese name of its owner, Chazz Princeton, Jun Manjoume, who is nicknamed "Manjoume Thunder" (万丈目サンダー, Manjōme Sandā).
