Card Trivia:Fortress Whale
- Despite the fact that it is a Fish-type, whales are mammals and not fish, in fact of being call whale, it isn't a whale, is a Narvel.
- This monster is the only Fish-type Ritual Monster in the game.
- In the anime, this is the only prize card Joey Wheeler never used. This is likely due to the fact he didn't receive the Ritual Spell Card required, instead he got "The Legendary Fisherman".
- This card is one of only three monsters released that are based on whales, along with "Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua" and "Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness".
