This card's name is a portmanteau of "hypnosis" (One of this card's effects forces monsters to attack it, thus "hypnotizing" them) and "sister".

There is a pendulum in her right hand, reflects her effects that involve Pendulum Zones and Pendulum Summoned monster, and the fact that a pendulum is also used as a hypnotic device, like in the artwork of "Mesmeric Control".

This monster appears in the artwork of "Wavering Eyes", "Unwavering Bond", "Risebell the Summoner" (partially hidden behind the cat from its own artwork in the latter) and "Unending Nightmare".
