- The design of the mansion seen in this card's artwork, is based on the hideout the "Vetrix Family" used to kidnap "Hart" in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL episode 41: "Losing Hart".
- "Gimmick Puppet Dreary Doll", "Gimmick Puppet Egg Head" and "Gimmick Puppet Humpty Dumpty" appear in this card's artwork.
- Interestingly, "Gimmick Puppet Dreary Doll", in this card's artwork, doesn't have blood stains on her bandages and dress, making her look more similar to her appearance on internationally released cards.
