"Ojama Black":

"Ojama" is a Japanese verb that means "to intrude", frequently used in the term "ojamashimasu" used when entering someone's home.

"Ojama Yellow" and this card were released in Invasion of Chaos, but "Ojama Green" was released in the previous pack, Dark Crisis.

The comment about "butting in" is a reference to the Ojama's attack in the anime, a butt-thrust.

This card's flavor text is the same as "Ojama Yellow" and "Ojama Green". The only other cards with the same flavor text are the Normal "Magnet Warrior" monsters.
