- This card's name and appearance imply that this is a male counterpart (possibly brother) to "Saambell the Summoner".
- The "Regulator" in this card's name may relate to its effect to change Levels, which is perfect for Synchro and Xyz Summons. Also, similar to how the name of "Saambell the Summoner" relates to making the Levels of monsters the same, this card's name relates to the fact that its effect can raise the Level of monsters.
