- This is one of the cover cards of Animation Chronicle 2021.
- This card is the manga counterpart of "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon".
- This monster may be a transformed Pendulum version of "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon", as in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V manga, Yugo called "Clear Wing Fast Dragon" an "evolved card", while Yuto's "Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon" seemed to have been permanently transformed into "Dark Anthelion Dragon".
- "Venemy" is a portmanteau of "Venom" and "Enemy", reflecting this card's effects to "poison" the "enemy" monsters by decreasing their ATK/DEF.
- Unlike its "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon", this card has the same Level (7), ATK (2500), and DEF (2000) of the other Four Dimensional Dragons.
- This monster has an upgraded form: "Starving Venemy Lethal Dose Dragon".
- This card is similar to "Number 5: Doom Chimera Dragon".
- When the chapters of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V manga that show Yuya Sakaki, Yuto, Yugo and Yuri's Duel against Eve were first serialized in the magazine, "Starving Venemy Lethal Dose Dragon" was erronously drawn in place of this monster in all the scenes that featured it. This error was later fixed when the chapters were registered.
