"Tuningware":

When Yusei Fudo summoned Tuningware during his duel with Greiger in the Fortune Cup, the English Dub accidentally has Yusei calling his monster "Tuning Supporter" instead of its real English name. This happens again when Yusei is dueling Roman Goodwin in episode 45. Why Tuningware is called this is unknown and it has yet to be corrected.
