Welcome, it's me again and once again I call on your assistance. I am trying to make a...goal version of my current Deck, Darklight Dragons. A goal version is a decklist I hope to achieve. Over this past summer I went to two tournaments. While at those tournaments I used as similar version of this deck and long story short, the results were not preferred. I would also like some suggestions on ways to combat the current meta-styles but do not harm my deck (bluntly, no Shadow/Light-Imprisoning Mirrors). I believe that it doesn't matter whether I win or lose, it's the averages that count, and preferably a higher win average. Please read the requirements below and then add any suggestions you have. Oh and also, instead of just telling me what to put in or take out, tell me what should replace the card with.Dmaster (Contribs Count) 23:10, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Requirements:

  1. This deck is a Cyberdark/Blue-Eyes deck, so it must satify all of those types (The first two specifically/generally).
  2. This deck must be able to summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Cyberdark Dragon, and Five-Headed Dragon (Dragon Master Knight perferably, but not needed).
  3. SHINING AND FUSION GUARD STAY! END OF STORY!
  4. I do not want common monster staples such as Cyber Dragon and Neo-Spacian Grand Mole recommened for this deck (Morphing Jar and Snipe Hunter being an exception at the moment).
  5. Synchro's will go in but I am not concerned with them as of now.

*1 : I don't have Crush Card Virus or Solemn Judgment, but I know that I should so until I do I will use Eradicator Epidemic Virus, two Magic Jammer and two Seven Tools of the Bandit.

Your deck is pretty good, but you have some unnecessary cards in it. So remove:

Chthonian Emperor Dragon
Polymerization
Giant Trunade
Different Dimension Capsule
Ancient Rules
Limiter Removal
Fusion Guard
Magic Cylinder

And add some of your "extra ideas". Teddy 17:48, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

  • Can you explain to me why those are unnecessary and what should be put in? Dmaster (Contribs Count) 20:00, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
    • Those cards are either too slow or too situational. And add MST, Smashing Ground, Torrential Tribute, a pair of Dust Tornado, can't think of much other cards at the moment...Teddy 05:09, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
      • I would add Montage Dragon because it's Trade-Inable and aids Summoning Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon by discarding the Blue-Eyes White Dragons Roge23 05:26, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
      • Add 1-2 more king of swamps and 1 more polymerization/dragon mirror. Also add 3 thunder dragons to have hand advantage.
        • If u can get gold sacorpagus all the merrier for u as it can allow u to search out future fussion faster for ur high attack dragons to be out, furthermore, add mirage dragon it will serve u well. Add prisma as well, it rox in all fusion deck. Crystal88884 07:55, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
          • Yes I'll be sure to get that $2,800 card when only very few exist. XD Dmaster (Contribs Count) 10:07, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
            • i think magic cilinder and acient rules it's ok
  • I have some Dragon Support Cards that can help (They helped me so why they can't help you?):
Dragon's Gunfire - Usefull rank 6/10
Tiger Dragon - 6/10
Montage Dragon - 7/10
Trade-In - 8/10
Tyrant Dragon - 9/10
Mirage Dragon - 10/10
Super Rejuvenation - 5/10 *Combo with Spirit Ryu or Hand Destruction
Spirit Ryu - 7/10
Damage Condenser - 6/10 *Don't use with Defense Draw or Spirit Barrier
Defense Draw - 6/10
Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon - 10/10
  • Hope it helped Diehard Guy 20:24, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
  • Hm...how about Dragonic Knight? He's useful against many monsters that target cards. Bluedog 00:50, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

do you want another blue eyes shinning dragon User:catface

the title says it all

I wouldn't use Montage Dragon, because you're losing 3 cards in your hand when you summon it. Pot of Avarice isn't that good either, since you want your monsters in the Graveyard for the Cyberdarks. Try Phoenix Wing Wind Blast instead. I hope that helps, Teddy 07:12, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

Take out...

Tribute to the Doomed and DD Capsule, Magic Cylinder and Fusion Guard.

Instead add Overload Fusion and/or Power Bond for your Cyberdarks. I THINK you can run more than 1 Dragon Mirror, so why not run more that one? For traps I would suggets Phoenix Wing Wind Blast and/or Compulsory Evacuation Device.--Psychosocial 13:39, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

  • Cyberdark Impact! is better than Overload Fusion because they accomplish the same thing, but with CDIP! I can reuse the Cyberdarks. PB is okay but I don't like the side effect CDIP! works with FF while PB doesn't (I'm trying to focus more on the Dragons, hint, hint). MC is too good and everyone is saying either get rid of it or keep it so....I'll keep it for now. DDC has been removed since you wrote this message. TttD is the only...universal killing card that can also benefit my deck's strategy. And about those return cards...I'll think about them, because they don't seem to be the best idea as of now but I could be wrong. Dmaster (Contribs Count) 01:37, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

new dragons

you sould put in Light and Darkness Dragon and Take out that van dragon lord thing and replace it with Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon

If you want...

You could add Altar for Tribute or Mystic Wok. Tribute Five-Headed Dragon to gain 5000 LP, then, when you summon Cyberdark Dragon, equip the F.H.D. BOOM! 6000 ATK monster. --68.80.118.41 02:01, 15 March 2009 (UTC)Message courtesy of Snapesnatch. I've taken anger management classes, so'll we'll start over. Buy my bowties!
