What's worse than being a character with very little screentime? Being a fan of a Yu-Gi-Oh character with very little screentime.

Across Yugioh's history we've seen characters who simply don't have enough duels to showcase all their cards. When those cards get ported to real life (that is, if they do,) there just isn't enough support to make a functional real-life Deck, as compared to the various well-developed archetypes which never appear in the anime or manga, or main characters who've had entire seasons to play all sorts of different cards.

This will be the theme of this WDC - building a Deck around a character's archetype that never received much support. We'll look at non-ZEXAL archetypes since there's no telling if cards released years later could have unintended interactions with those archetypes.

Guidelines

  • All OCG and TCG cards are fine, as long as it has been released proper.
  • Deck must be in Template:Decklist.
  • This contest will be in September 1st, 2013 TCG Banlist.
  • You will be given maybe 1 day if you are late to post, after that, you're out.
  • Deck submissions will open on October 11th, 2013, and are due October 13th, 2013.

Comments? Questions? Complaints?

If you'd like to see a certain archetype available, post here and I'll see what I can do about it. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 05:44, October 4, 2013 (UTC)

I don't suppose that we can register for more than one category/option, right? --Moja619 (talkcontribs) 02:58, October 5, 2013 (UTC)
No, only one option per contestant. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 05:08, October 5, 2013 (UTC)

In light of the upcoming amendment regarding Sixth Sense, Sixth Sense will remain Forbidden for this contest. Allowing its use is NOT a good idea. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 05:08, October 5, 2013 (UTC)
