"Gem Dragon" is a small series of Dragon-Type monsters whose Japanese names consist of the name of a precious gem, followed by the kana name for "Dragon": "ドラゴン".

This series also includes "Hyozanryu", since its Japanese name is literally translated as "Diamond Dragon".

With the exception of "Hyozanryu", all members of the series are WIND-Attribute.
