Activate only when your opponent performs a Tribute Summon or a Special Summon that requires the Tributing of monsters. The total ATK of the monsters Tributed by your opponent are treated as 0. Then, increase your Life Points by an amount equal to the combined total ATK of the Tributed monsters.
