The mummy is a character from Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light.
Pyramid of Light
It is stolen by Anubis who possesed the Pyramid of Light. They are seen in the pyramid who tried to zombify the boys but Yugi threw the dagger at the eye destroying the pyramid once and for all.

They are also seen as the minions of Abidos the Third.
