"Papillon" (パピヨン Papiyon) is an archetype of Insect monsters used by Jesse Anderson in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX manga. "Papillon" is the French word for "Butterfly".
Though "White Papillon" is not a true "Papillon" monster (since its Japanese name does not contain パピヨン), Jesse Anderson still considered it a valid sacrifice for the effect of "Butterfly Fairy" in the manga.
