Seto Kaiba faced a virtual simulation of Dark Yugi, based on Kaiba's memories, in a game of Duel Monsters, in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions.

Duel
Turn 1: Kaiba
Kaiba activated "Polymerization", fusing the 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in his hand to Fusion Summon "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
Kaiba Set "Victim's Darkness".
Turn 2: Dark Yugi
Dark Yugi activated "Dark Magic Veil", paying 1000 LP (Dark Yugi: 8000 → 7000 LP) to Special Summon "Dark Magician" from his hand.
Dark Yugi activated "Thousand Knives" to destroy "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", but Kaiba activated "Victim's Darkness", sending "Saggi the Dark Clown" from his Deck to the Graveyard to negate the destruction of "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon".
Dark Yugi Set "Time Chain" and another card.
Turn 3: Kaiba
Kaiba attacked "Dark Magician" with "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", but Dark Yugi activated "Time Chain", negating the destruction of "Dark Magician" (Dark Yugi: 7000 → 5000 LP). Both "Dark Magician" and "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" were then treated as if they were not face-up on the field until their owners' second Standby Phase after the card's activation.
Kaiba Set 1 card.
Turn 4: Dark Yugi
Dark Yugi Normal Summoned "Celtic Guard of Noble Arms" and used its effect to Special Summon "Celtic Guardian" from his hand. Dark Yugi attacked Kaiba directly with "Celtic Guard of Noble Arms" and "Celtic Guardian" (Kaiba: 8000 → 5900 → 4500 LP).
Turn 5: Kaiba
Since he controlled no monsters, Kaiba Special Summoned "Kaiser Vorse Raider" from his hand. "Kaiser Vorse Raider" attacked and destroyed "Celtic Guardian" (Dark Yugi: 5000 → 4500).
Kaiba Set 1 card.
Turn 6: Dark Yugi
Since it was his 2nd Standby Phase after the activation of "Time Chain", "Dark Magician" was treated as being on the field again. Atem activated "Magical Dimension", Tributing "Celtic Guard of Noble Arms" to Special Summon "Dark Magician Girl" from his hand and destroy "Kaiser Vorse Raider".
Since one of his monsters was destroyed by the effect of a Spell Card, Kaiba activated "Induced Explosion" to destroy Dark Yugi's "Time Chain", treating "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" as being face-up on the field again.
Turn 7: Kaiba
Kaiba attacked "Dark Magician" with "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", but Dark Yugi activated "Dimension Reflector", banishing "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl", and targeting "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon". Dark Yugi Special Summoned "Dimension Reflector" in Attack Position, with its ATK and DEF equal to the current ATK of "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" (4500/4500). It was to inflict damage to Kaiba equal to its ATK, but Kaiba activated "Enhanced Counter", reducing the damage to 0 and increasing the ATK of "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" by that amount of damage ("Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon": 4500 → 9000 ATK). Kaiba attacks and destroys "Dimension Reflector" (Dark Yugi: 4500 → 0 LP).
Aftermath
The simulation ended and one of KaibaCorp's scientist informed Kaiba that the system was working well. However Kaiba was annoyed and thought it had been pointless, since he had not perfectly recreated Dark Yugi.
